Salon's Policies
We understand that sometimes circumstances require appointment changes.
To provide you with the best service and accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented
the following policies
:

Booking fee 

To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit payment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment.

Booking over the phone: a deposit link will be sent via email. The payment will be done via our secure payment system. 

Booking online: online bookings have a feature that will allow you to securely enter your card details.

We do not hold your card details.

NO SHOW CLIENTS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24HRS OF THEIR VISIT WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE BOOKING FEE PAID.

Cash Settlement Policy

The value the trust and satisfaction of our clients and aim to ensure transparency and convenience in our payment processes. Please read this policy carefully to understand your obligations and rights concerning cash settlements.

Clients are required to settle any remaining balance for services rendered in cash. This policy applies to all services.

In exceptional cases where clients are unable to provide cash payment immediately, arrangements for alternative payment methods may be considered at the discretion of Pura Beauty Salon. However, such arrangements must be agreed upon before the commencement of services.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We will be happy to answer any questions.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to please do this as soon as possible.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time, will result in the loss of the booking fee. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our reception desk, emailing us or using our online booking system

If using the online booking system, please log in to your account to make changes.

ALL CLIENTS WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE 24Hrs BEFORE THEIR VISIT, TO ENSURE ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE.

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO REPLY PROMPTLY.

Removal Charge from another salon

Please note that for clients requesting gel or BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) removal from another salon, an additional charge will apply. This additional fee accounts for the extra time and resources required to safely and effectively remove these products without compromising the health of your natural nails. For further details or inquiries regarding this charge, please feel free to contact the salon directly.

For returning clients, removal is free of charge when booking the same service.

Return Client Nail Fix

We understand that sometimes, unfortunately, some nails may break, chip, or peel.

If you have had a nail service with us and experience any issues with your nails within 10 days of the initial service, we will fix them at no additional cost to you. The timeframe for complimentary fixes is limited, so we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 to 10 days after the initial appointment. After this period, any fixes may be subject to additional charges.

Please contact us to schedule a nail fix slot, to ensure we allocate the appropriate time and you are not left waiting.

We will try our best to always accommodate nail fixes - therefore no refunds will be given after the timeframe given above.

Patch Test - brow and lash services

The following services require a patch test no later than 48 hours before treatment: Lash Lift, Lash Tint and Eyebrow Tint.

A patch test must be conducted on all new customers and customers. If booking Patch Test online, please add on your booking notes which service you wish to book for.

If a patch test is not done before your booking, we will not be able to go ahead with your treatment.

If a reaction occurs, the customer should seek medical attention immediately and the salon must be notified.

The patch test will be conducted by our staff.

Gift Vouchers

The below terms and conditions apply to our gift vouchers sold online and at the salon.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and can only be used within this period.

The voucher can be redeemed for services up to the value stated on the voucher.

This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Treat this voucher like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specified.

Any alterations or modifications to the gift vouchers will render it void.

The above is to ensure we are able to offer the best service to you and all our valued clients.

We may use our discretion and waive these policies where we deem necessary, if the circumstance is an emergency.
